Long time no see.
 
 
A little while ago on NogiTen 2,
we held a “Sasaki Kotoko’s Home Party.”
Kawago-san, Karin-chan, Iori, and Ayane-chan brought sweets.
While we ate,
I talked about Russia.
I got Peach Tart from Karin-chan!
And it was made really well and delicious
From Iori, I got Iori’s mom’s homemade Peanut Butter Muffins and
store-bought chocolate!
Iori’s mom’s homemade (muffins) were delicious as expected
Ayane-chan brought me cookies!
It’s actually from a place where I’ve had them before, but I like them so I was happy
Kawago-san brought pudding made from wasanbon (fine-grained sugar)!
Also, she gave me homemade muffins and cookies
with a message card attached.
I ate it at home, but it was delicious.

I wanted them to become interested in Russia.
For each member,
For Karin-chan, FIFA World Cup (I heard that she was on the soccer team some time ago, and the World Cup will be held in Russia next year)
For Kawago-san, cheese (because Russia’s dairy products are delicious)
For Ayane-chan, Alexander-Nevsky Abbey (where poets’ and
composers’ graves are)
For Iori, perfume (by a company called A New Morning)
were my recommendations.
Besides that, I explained a schedule I made for
my “If I could go to St. Petersburg…” fantasy,
and also held a quiz about Russia…

I met with the staff a few times to plan out the episode,
but I just talked about Russia and the staff summarized that
nicely into the flipboards and made a quiz for us,
and I just got to talk about something that I like
so the planning was really fun.
Also, I was asked “How did you get this knowledge and information?”
I said that one of the ways I got the information was using “How to Walk the Earth” (a tourism guidebook),
and the staff bought me a copy of “How to Walk the Earth” for Russia on the day of the live shooting.
LOL

I also said this on Mobame, but the 3rd season of SAO has been announced.
I’m looking forward to it~

So Magi (Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic) had its finale on Sunday.
I’ve been only reading the manga so I’m not up to there…
I hope the anime will continue…

While playing Asahi, who puts her entire adolescence on naginata
and gives it her all, it made me think on how strong she is… and it gave me strength, too.
I hope students who are currently in extracurriculars will watch, and also think students who aren’t in extracurriculars will enjoy it, too..

I hope that the coolness and charm of naginata will be conveyed to many people!

We are doing stage greetings casually~.
Once we forgot to wear tabi (traditional socks) and so we all just went barefoot.

This month, I’ve been busy with movie promotions, recording the new single, and
other stuff that I can’t say and didn’t think I had any time! but on a
location shoot for Mezamashi TV, in the flow of conquering my dislike of eggplants I was able to make this.
The eggplant was delicious!
 
 
I’ve been talking about the movie a lot during stage greetings, but I also
want to watch it on the big screen once more.
I’ll go if I can ＼(^-^)／

I’m 25 years old
but it actually happened just like that.
 
 
Recently, I have been performing in stage plays on my own
and was the center of a coupling song.
There are many things that I have to be thankful for and
I am living each day to the fullest.

That’s a picture from the stage play!
My character name is Kuriko-chan and I’m in charge
of the bass in a girl band!
There were no other (Nogizaka46) members in the play so I was nervous,
But the stage was filled with the atmosphere of my hometown, Osaka,
so it was lots of fun!
In addition to playing the bass, I had a solo singing part, too.
I was able to experience a lot of things that probably can only be experienced in this stage play~~
and spent everyday digesting it all.
Kuriko-chan is a girl with a Kansai dialect,
but since I’ve been practicing standard Japanese since I joined Nogizaka,
I had a suprisingly hard time with the lines in the Kansai dialect.
And the bass.
I feel like the position of bass in a girl band
fits well with my personality.
I have come to love the sound of the bass.
 
 
  
In 『Clione no Akari』,
an anime currently on the air,
I’m the voice actress for the heroine, Minori-chan.
I am really happy to be involved with an anime that I love,
but I’m worried that I may not have fully brought the character of Minori-chan to life
because of my lack of skill.
I did many, many takes with the staff-san.
Like the original illustrated book,
the anime is a very heartful and wonderful story.
The anime also has an original arc.
I am thankful for this wonderful opportunity and
would like to watch over Minori-chan
with everyone until the end.

We are going to many towns this year, too!
The summer tour has become an annual event,
but no matter how many times we do it,
it still feels fresh and I still get surprised by everyone’s passion!
I am happy that many people came
this year as well!

it’s the nationwide handshake event in Nagoya!
Since I joined Nogizaka46,
I was able to meet and talk to many people,
but I’ve recently really felt how
all of this isn’t so ordinary~~
It’s an amazing~~ thing that I’ve met the current members and of course the members who have graduated,
and I keep that thought with me as I spend another normal day with nothing special today with the other members.
Days like this are bliss.
I’m really glad to have met the other members, staff-san, and all of my fans.
I may not be very idol-like, but
I’m thankful to everyone who supports me
and I wish happiness for everyone out there, and
I hope to spend every day with those feelings.

But now it’s a bruise and won’t completely go away I’m sad (;o;)

I felt like eating sweet and sour pork!
However, I’m still scared of frying by myself, so it’s a non-fried mock sweet and sour pork.

This is the previous issue, where I did a photoshoot with me holding a naginata. I also did a talk with them on heroines, which is this issue’s theme.
I would never have guessed that I would be in SWITCH magazine. … I am delighted.

the October issue of non-no, which I’m on the cover of. The theme is pink!
They took cute pictures of me with pink make up and pink clothes. This autumn’s trends, in addition to an adult-like mood, I think may be various shades of pink.

Because I don’t like the strong sunlight and the heat, I wish that it will become cooler soon.
Although on my days off, I hardly leave my home so it doesn’t really matter that much.
